Branch Brook Park
Newark Site Plan: The Reflectors
Our Mission
Innovative & Historic
Since its debut in 1895, Branch Brook Park has been recognized as the nation's first county park. It is known commonly for its Cherry Blossom Festival and trees. Unfortunately, this perception oftentimes neglects the other historic values of the park and its influence within a community. Our job is centered around changing the perception of the park and utilizing a specific area of land to provide new opportunities and resources.

Our Vision
A brief introduction of our site plan re-imagined and it's purpose

The fountain will serve as a focal point of historic value with key facts written along the edges as well a renewable water system that will help promote the environment

We want to create statues of the people who trained on these grounds during the Civil War to educate honor those who served the country.

Our main purpose for building a recreational center is to provide a safe place for children of all ages + teach the youth the history of Branch Brook Park
