Why did your group choose to pick this site?

We chose this site because we wanted an area that is very well known in our community but also has untapped potential and we concluded that our site plan will continue to honor the Park's legacy.

How are you reimagining this site?

We are choosing an unused area of the park to create a new environment and add to the pre-existing features

Includes statues of the people who fought on the training ground during the American civil war to honor the legacy
-Educational/recreational center for children where they can feel safe and explore the park's benefits
Fountain of history that helps grow the environment and slow-down algae production
-Landscaping to add light to dark areas around our site

The Rutgers Virtual Library as a potential resource tool to find out additional information
Get connected to people involved in Branch Brook Park and ask about their experiences through emails (Park Alliance Members) Organization (Park Literacy Leaders)
Find Previous blueprints as well as current layouts of the park to select a target location
